Find a breed knowledgeable trainer in your area to help you. I would recommend avoiding places like Petsmart for training as these facilities generally do not have the best instructors and can create more problems.

Training books and DVDs can be helpful as well. Trainers like Sofia Yin, Denise Fenzi, and Michael Ellis are some examples of excellent trainers with clear, helpful materials.
